Apartment one kilometer from the beach of Tanaunella and two kilometers from the center of Budoni

The house is located in Tanaunella, a hamlet of Budoni, 2 km from the center of Budoni village and 1 km from the uncontaminated sea of this north-east coast of Sardinia, precisely the beach of Tanaunella, immersed in a large pine forest and close to the white and of the uncontaminated sea of this stretch of Baronia, on the borders of Gallura, in the province of Sassari, a special area of our Sardinia. The house is located in a very quiet area of the hamlet, but is close to all the main services, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, pharmacies and others, already within the locality, without the need to enter Budoni. The beach of Tanaunella is one of the two closest, the other is that of Porto Ainu, another beautiful glimpse of this locality, slightly detached from the main beach and reachable in two minutes by car. From this hamlet you are ten kilometers from San Teodoro and 15 kilometers from the Caletta beach, in an arm of the sea with dozens of wonderful beaches.

The hamlet in the center consists of a residential area in which the house is located, with a private courtyard where there are two reserved parking spaces, one inside and one outside. The house is accessed from the courtyard via a driveway in a small complex with four other houses, all independent. This apartment is located at the end of the small driveway and has a private garden of about fifty square meters which surrounds half of the house. In this garden we find a paved area where there are garden tables and chairs and a barbecue area.

The hills surround the town, which features a beautiful medieval stone village. The old town, full of history and public places, is the heart of a lively nightlife: clubs, places to meet and restaurants make for a cheerful atmosphere all year long, and especially during the summer season.

Among the wonders of the area are Li Cucutti, Baia Sant'Anna and Cala Budoni. The soft white sand and the Mediterranean brush, which surrounds beaches of extraordinary beauty, capture and inebriate the gaze. Cala Ottiolu, with its shallow and green waters, is one of the most popular bays and is located near Porto Ottiolu, the main tourist starting point for inshore trips.

The feast of the Assumption in Budoni is undoubtedly the most beloved and anticipated: piazzas awash with music and joy where visitors join in one single celebration not to be missed, with dancing in discos and dreamy clubs. The tower of Su Entosu, a nuraghe-look-out located on a granite peak, the Conca and Bentu nuraghe and the Domus de Janas Agliola are of great historical value.

If you love the old charm, the animal pens of St. Peter will take you back in time; a path through ancient pastoral houses, built with thousand-year-old stones, mortar and mud, that bear witness to the look of nineteenth century countryside Sardinian villages. The colorful charm of the rooms and courtyards still tell stories of ancient life.
The house is completely independent, entering from the main entrance, outside we find the first reserved parking space, the second is outside in front of the gate of the house, furthermore the courtyard has a convenient gate on the side opposite the main entrance where it is possible to enter with small and large motorbikes and keep them inside the courtyard. From the main entrance you enter the double bedroom of the house, with air conditioning and adjacent to the courtyard, very fresh and private and in front of the room there is a bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet and sink and washing machine. Continuing in the corridor you enter the living room with a complete kitchenette, with 4 burner stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer and various cooking utensils, the living room is air conditioned and has a comfortable two-seater sofa bed. The living room leads to the external courtyard with a dining space and a relaxation area.
