Wonderful apartment. 10 minutes walk to beach. Fully equipped and recently renovated. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. Fantastic communal pool with lifeguard. Peaceful environment but plenty to do.

traumhaftschönes Appartment mit Blick auf s Mittelmeer

Wir haben das Appartment mehrere Wochen bewohnt. Bad Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen gut ausgestanden. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Alles war in Ordnung. Wir bekamen rechtzeitig alle Information. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht was sehr schön. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit gehabt und werden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Beliggenheten og utsikten var flott. Stille og fredelig område, i hvert fall de ukene jeg var der. Bassenget åpnet først 13. mai, slik at jeg ikke fikk mye glede av det.

Everything you need to relax.

This apartment has everything you need to have a lovely holiday. The pool was a hit with the kids. Never busy. In a perfect location for visiting Marbella and Fuengirola. A car is recommended. Andrew the owner was on hand for advice, recommendations and dealt with a query very quickly. We recommend, ideal for couples and families and we would look to return.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely quiet location

Nice, Bright and very clean.

Close to beach and restaurants. Nice quiet area . Great views from balcony. Well equipped kitchen.Would book this apartment again.

Awesome relaxing holiday

We have stayed at Andrews appartment before and returned again for a relaxing place to chill. All that you may need....sea views, local amenities, beautiful pool, quiet and secure. Car not essential but a bonus to explore local area. Easy to book with owner. Accommodating and helpful.

Fantastic holiday, highly recommended!!

Just returned from a 5 day break. Had a wonderful time. The property was spotless and in a great location, we would describe it home from home. Great facilities which covered all our needs. Peaceful and tranquil location. A real home from home. James provided a taxi service to and from airport which was really handy. Andrew was so helpful in arranging our holiday. Very enjoyable stay!

Have rented in Calahonda a couple of times before, halfway up the hill and right on top, but this location in Jardines de Calahonda is ideally located.Although only one bar (opens 4pm.)500m away is uphill on the way back and then 24 steps perhaps not good for the infirm.I would say a car is necessary.The apartment is of a querky shape arrangement, not the usual box rooms, and the large curved terrace( south facing!) gives wonderful views over lawns, trees and the swimming pool towards the sea.Well equiped (inc.english TV and WIFI) I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

wonderful accommodation, fantastic view

Had a great time our only down point was no where to eat or drink the local bar resturant was closed and up for sale. You need a car to get the most out of being in Calahonda. But we would certainly reccomend staying in your apartment to our friends and family. Thank you both for the use of your home from home. A fab resturant to visit is meil nata up in the hills or Thd Terrace at Lis Cipress

The local bar/restaurant Bar 97 is usually closed this time of year but I will now make a point of putting this information on my listing. Although it is up for sale it is still operating as a bar and restaurant from February until November. A car is very handy in the winter months to discover the great local eating places. Was a lovely apartment with a fabulous view.

Plenty of space and lots of kitchen utensils. Was unusually cold and could maybe do with a few more blankets but otherwise it is a lovely apartment.

Lovely views, relaxing, well equipped, good communication.

Better than we expected, all mod cons (and working). Good communication and contact for problems (weren't any). Views of sea and greenery / gardens. Lovely balcony, sun all day. Cooked every day and good range of equipment, cooker looked new. Bed very large and comfortable, shower brilliant, full size bath. Type of lived in accommodation we like, a few tools, electric extensions, etc, and odd items in kitchen. We don't like 'clinical' empty properties owned by property companies........characterless. This property has plenty of character; all good. Highly recommend, we will return when down that way. Thanks for lovely week.

Enjoyable stay in Sitio de Calahonda:

Stayed in this lovely apartment for 6 days in the middle of October. Had a great view from the balcony over sea and surrounding. Andrew, the owner who was on holiday there, showed us around before going home. The apartment was, although surrounded by neighbours, very private with no overlookers. Everything was as written in the description. While staying there we could relay on the service of James who was there if we needed him. He provided us even perfect afterservice by sending us something left in the apartment although he had warned us to have a good look around before leaving. Sea and shops not too far: 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. All in all we enjoyed our stay even though it was short. We will recommend this apartment and hope to be back ourselves as soon as possible.

Perfect get away for the 4 of us

Stayed with our 2 boys who had a great time. Pool is really great with life gaurd at all times and was never busy (we were there in October). Apartment is good size with everything you need and clean. You need a car but then everything is easy to get to once you work out where the best exits from the main road are. Great beaches at calahonda, calla de mijas and cabopina are all less than 10 mins away. Marbella is also only 30 mins away and so we went twice in the 5 days we were here.

Comfortable stay in nice, fully equipped apartment

Nice, clean and well maintained apartment. Good views from the balcony. Very well kept gardens and lovely large pool. Fast wifi and full range of UK channels on large TV. Very fast and courteous responses to queries to owner and hassle free key collection from agent. Very comfortable stay. Recommended

Fantastic week in Calahonda!

The apartment was fantastic and had everything that we needed for a perfect holiday, the perfect base to visit nearby areas of marbella and Puerto banus on the bus from the end of the road. Plenty of cooking utensils, seating for dining indoors and outdoors and huge bed! The views from the balcony were incredible! One of the best views i have ever seen on a holiday, clear view right down to the beach and sometimes even a view of the coast of Africa. the pool area was beautiful. The supermarket and beach was within easy walking distance. "Luna Beach" was lovely, a 7 min walk from the apartment. The small beach bar here did the most amazing paella! The walk along the beach to puerto cabapino was lovely and a great place to visit and eat. We would most definitely return to the apartment as it was just so lovely, clean and homely. James was fantastic, getting us to and from the airport as well as being very quick to provide help when we unfortunately had a power cut in the local area. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic winter break. Lovely apartment.

I decided to get away from the dreadful English weather for a week and this apartment was fantastic. There is everything you need and bars and restaurants nearby. It is only 10 mins walk to the beach and even in February we managed to have lunch on the beach sitting in glorious sunshine. The apartment is clean, tidy and spacious. It is clearly well looked after. Although the pool was not open, you can see that it is a great pool, especially for those with young kids. The grounds are extremely well kept and we saw gardeners working all day keeping the area clean and looking great. Parking is easy, directly outside the apartment and iis a lovely quiet area. I sat on the terrace taking in gorgeous sea views quite alot and it was very relaxing. Great restaurants nearby and the beaches are fantastic. Clean tidy and provide everything you need for a great holiday.
