Yard House Cottage 1

A newly furnished house within the heart of Sherborne tucked off the bustling Cheap Street. Although in the heart of Sherborne this is a very quiet property. The lounge, kitchen and diner are well equipped with everything you might need. There are 2 bedrooms one with twin beds and one with a kingsize bed. There is one bathroom with a walk in shower, there is no bath.

We are within walking distance of all the Sherborne schools, the two castles and the railway station and bus stops.
The space
The Yard House was originally part of a soft drinks factory in the centre of Sherborne. We have divided the house into 2 cottages. One is a 2 bedroom cottage and the second has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed. The house can be rented as a whole house or as 2 seperate properties. There is a small courtyard garden at the entrance to house which is shared between the two properties. Both properties have access to a washing machine and drier in the garage.
