Sophisticated studio, designed and prepared to the smallest detail for seasonal rental, with all the comfort of a 5-star hotel, located in the heart of Itapoã, close to all facilities, bakeries, restaurants, gym, bars, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, salons beauty and etc. The Studio has 1 covered parking space available to guests.

It is necessary to send the data of all guests with full name + document, 24 hours before check-in, so that the stay in the condominium can be registered. Note: we do not allow smoking inside our accommodation.

The Studio is located on the 7th floor, which allows a good breathtaking view of the city, mountain and neighborhood, in addition to the incredible ventilation that the location provides. The Studio underwent a recent renovation, where it was planned for vacation rentals, from the Simons Hotel line mattresses, to the smallest details of the decoration, to offer the hotel experience, without losing the independence of a vacation rental.

I keep in touch with guests from the beginning of the reservation, until the moment of checkout, for assistance with the accommodation and region. I have a team prepared to meet any demand that may arise during your stay.

Itapoã has one of the most frequented beaches in the city, it is located between Praia da Costa and Praia de Itaparica, composed of the most traditional restaurants and shops in the region, offering the privilege of one of the most stunning views of the city.

The region has diversified commerce around, where the guest has the convenience of doing everything on foot. Our accommodation offers a covered parking space, in front of the building there is free parking on the beachfront.
