Pefkos Sea Serenity Villas are 3 brand new stone built villas each with its own private swimming pool and BBQ area. This specific listing at Vrbo includes 2 out of 3 villas. Each villa provides accommodation for up to 8 people and is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (with shower) and 2 kitchens with living areas. Therefore, 2 villas together can accommodate up to 16 people.

With great respect to the Greek Islands heritage and the stunning landscape, the villas have been constructed using traditional techniques combined with all the modern amenities for your holiday needs. Inspired by the Captain’s Houses of Lindos, with minimalistic architectural designs and using locally sourced material, the properties achieve to blend in and complement the breathtaking scenery.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen and living area with 2 sofas and a TV, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One of the two bedrooms provides a double bed, whereas the other one provides 2 single beds. On the first floor there is another kitchen and living area, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed.

Finally, on the second floor, is the master bedroom with a large double bed and its own en suite bathroom. Traditionally on the top floor, you would find the captain’s room. Situated on the highest point and built with large windows, the captain’s room provides a vantage point, which in the old days, would allow the captain to observe the weather and check on the boats in the harbor. Both the first and the second floor feature large balconies where you can relax enjoying stunning views of the crystal clear waters of the beautiful Mediterranean sea as well as the pool view.

The kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary utilities of a modern family to allow the preparation of your meals. Amenities include: an oven, 4 electric rings, a microwave, a toaster, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer underneath. In the ground floor bathroom there is a also a washing machine. At each living area there is a corner sofa with an HDTV, showing both local and international channels.

At each villa, on the ground floor there is a spacious shaded terrace with a large table and chairs, where everyone can gather and enjoy their food and drinks poolside. There is also a private BBQ facility which you can use. The terrace then leads to the swimming pool of each villa with its sun loungers where you can spend endless lazy hours relaxing and basking in the sun.
