A spacious sun terrace surrounds the 8x5 metre private pool and features a built-in barbecue, shaded dining area, and comfortable sun loungers—perfect for leisurely afternoons and al fresco dining. An outdoor jacuzzi and shower cubicle further enhance the experience.



Inside, Villa Kallithea combines elegant décor with a warm, welcoming ambience. The open-plan living space is bathed in natural light through expansive patio doors, offering direct views of the pool and sea. All five double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is uniquely designed as an attic room beneath the roof, also complete with its own bathroom and walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided, with optional towel and sheet changes available at an additional charge.



Villa Kallithea offers complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout, air conditioning in all rooms, and private on-site parking without the need for prior reservation.
