Villa Astria is hewn into the hillside just outside the pretty hamlet of Evreti on the north east side of Kefalonia, just south of FIskardo. In an area of stunning beauty the verdant green hillside sweeps down to the channel between Kefalonia and neighbouring Ithaca with a perfect view of Panayia islet.
Beautiful traditional Kefalonian architecture outside and comfortable elegant interiors await, and not one, but two pools - the second shallower pool is for children or just cooling off (3m x 5m, 0.5m deep). A brick built bbq awaits and together with the annex, Luna, which boasts a hot tub on the beautiful sea facing terrace, this is a perfect retreat for larger groups and multi generational families.
 This property contains large gaps in the internal staircase railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.
Please note, as can be seen in the images, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area and sits in an elevated position. Access to the villa is via 1 step. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The terrace is crazy paved and can be uneven in places. There are multiple exterior steps. There are 3 steps from the lounge to the patio area, a further 3 steps to the second pool, and 3 more steps down to another seating area. From the front door you can access 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuites, the remaining rooms are down 17 internal steps.
