The view from this villa is absolutely amazing, I couldn’t stop looking at it! The villa is very clean and about 10 mins drive from Fiskardo which is very quaint with some nice restaurants. We were staying at the end of the season so quite a lot of restaurants were closing down but we had a very relaxing stay and I would return. Natalie was so kind and helpful during our stay

Overall my wife and I had a restful and very relaxing stay at the Green Villa. Pictures do not do justice to the location. Simply breathtaking. As first time visitors to Kefalonia, the owner and property manager were very accommodating and excellent to work with! Highly recommend!

Incredible stay

It's our second time at the green Villa. We love the peace and quiet with the breath-taking view towards Ithaca. Waking up to see the sunrise is just magical here. I'm sure we will be back again to stay in our favourite spot.

Idyllic - I could stare across the sea all day

To unwind, enjoy great food and take in the scenery. The villa is exactly as described, beautifully and tastefully furnished. A short drive into Fiskardo to enjoy the lovely harbour, complete with a good selection of restaurants. Definitely recommend

Magical view, superb house

The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning - one of the most beautiful view we ever had. It is such a nice feeling to wake up and to admire the sea and the islands around Kefalonia. The house is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The communication with Dimitra has been very good and Nathalie, who is looking after the house is extremely nice and helpful. It was easy to drive down to Fiskardo to enjoy the very nice restaurants there. A perfect stay.

Wonderful Stay in Evreti Green Villa

We have been holidaying in Kefalonia for the past 10 years! This year we stayed in the fantastic Green Villa in Evreti, Wow Wow Wow! what a lovely villa and beautiful area it is. The villa is a lovely spacious home from home and oh my goodness what a view to take in whilst relaxing on the terrace and in the pool. We have never stayed anywhere more peaceful. Communication with Dimitra, the owner, was very easy and always prompt. We also had the pleasure of having the very helpful Nataly and Manos on hand to assist with any issues or information we required along with providing the housekeeping service. All in all just a wonderful stay.

Simply the best holiday

Having read the reviews, I thought 'I'll believe them when I see the place for myself'. It very much lived up to those positive reviews. The villa was every bit as good as the photos suggest, and the views are so breathtaking too! Normally, I'm ready to come home after a holiday, but on check out day, I sat on the pool side with my feet submerged wishing I had longer to stay. A big thank you to the owner, Dimitra who ensured our stay was so comfortable. We will be back.

The pool looked very inviting but due to poor weather we didnt use it.The villa is in a beautiful location and very peaceful, well equipped. The owner very responsive and Natalie was on hand for anything we needed, clean linen etc. Contactable via whattsap.We were left in peace which is how we like it.Plenty of kitties to feed, we love cats so not an issue.One small issue, some of the cutlery needed washing and there was part boxes of cereal and part used jars of jam in the cupboards.More cleaning products could be supplied to enable toilet cleaning etc.We had a late flight home and asked if we could check out later and the owner said we could stay as long as we liked as there was no booking for the next dayThis was brilliant for us as we could take out time snd relax. All together a fantsstic holiday

Beautiful, peaceful villa

Absolutely beautiful villa, from the stylish interiors to the stunning views and perfect location just 10 mins drive from Fiskardo. Everything was very comfortable - only thing missing was a breadknife! Communication was excellent: The pool umbrella was slightly broken and a replacement was quickly arranged. In case useful to other guests: the directions refer to a road sign for the turn-off to Evreti, but this is currently covered by a bush so keep your eyes peeled!

Erholung pur im Norden Kefalonias

Wie schon von den Vorrezensenten beschrieben ist die Lage der Villa genial. Es ist die letzte Villa in Evreti, danach beginnt der Wald. Absolute Stille und der sensationelle Blick auf Ithaka sind das Alleinstellungsmerkmal. Mit der Übergabe bei Check in und Check out hat alles prima funktioniert, die Kommunikation mit Dimitra klappt hervorragend. Reinigung während des Aufenthaltes top und pikobello sauber! Alles in allem eine tolle Urlaubslocation. Noch ein Tip - Google Maps behauptet, man könnte auch am Objekt vorbei durch den Wald fahren, das stimmt aber nicht, das schafft höchstens ein Geländewagen. Insofern ausschließlich Dimitras Anfahrempfehlungen folgen. Vielen Dank nochmal für die schöne Zeit.

Ein wunderschönes Haus!

Man startet den Tag am besten mit dem Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse. Außer dem leisen Geläut der Ziegen ist Stille. Toll! Das Haus und der Pool sind extrem sauber (zwischendurch kam auch eine Putzfrau) und das Haus toll eingerichtet. Dimitra war sehr bemüht und super schnell in der Kommunikation. Die Gegend bietet super schöne Strände, Fiskardo ist ein tolles Städtchen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen! Danke :-)

Nice hideaway with spectacular view

We spend a wonderful week in this lovely home with a stunning view. Car absolutely necessary. House was as described in pictures and text. Very friendly host. The only downsides were: coffee maschine was full of mould and the mattress a bit outworn But, All in all, we can really recommend Geen Villa

Wake up to peace and a view for your soul

Amazing location and views, the villa is extremely light and airy, clean, cool, well designed and decorated, AC in every room. There is an expresso pod machine, pods available in Fiskardo mini markets which is your closest town. In Fiskardo (10 mins drive from the villa) the waterfront is lined with restaurants with seating by the water, serving traditional Greek cuisine with a lot of seafood. There are multiple beaches 10 - 20 mins drive. There are to bakeries in Fiskardo that that sell fresh local breads and sweet treats perfect for breakfast, we often kept brioche for breakfast and warmed it in the oven. We both had an amazing time and looking forward to returning next year.
