Located on the ninth floor and with elevator, this property stands out for its cozy spaces. It is decorated in neutral tones and has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. With a double bed bedroom with closet, a bathroom with WC and shower perfect for those relaxing baths that you will look for at the end of each day touring the wonders of the city and a living room with sofa coffee table TV with cable next to the dining room with four seats, the ideal space to live unforgettable moments of relaxation and comfort. The kitchen is small but modern and has all the services and utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes. It also has a communal pool in a penthouse with unbeatable views. For stays of 28 days or more, please note the following information:

2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 120 EUR.
