2 Bedrooms villa with Garden, Pool and close to the sea

Villa Vittoria is semi-detached villa, completely independent with a nice garden and parking space outside. The place is ideal for a family with children. Villa Vittoria is located by the sea, in a small and quiet private street. The communal pool is located at short distance from the property. The area around the pool is green and furnished with several sunchairs. The pool has also a baby area where the water is not deep and children can play safely (always under your supervision).

Villa Vittoria has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living room with a sofa bed. From the kitchen and the living room you can access the veranda and the garden. The veranda is furnished with table and chairs so you can spend time outside and enjoy your meals in an open space. It is possible to park your car within the property. There is an external shower useful when you are back from the beach to get rid of the sand.

The pool in the complex is at less then 2 minutes by foot. The use of the pool is included in the rental cost of the villa. The beach is accessible by foot in about 5 minutes. On the beachside, you can choose to go to the public beach or to relax in one of the lidos (private beach) available. It is possible to have lunch at the lido and take advantage of their services.

On the seafront there are several restaurants and pizzerias with quality meals. The property is not far from the train station so easily reachable by public transport. The town nearby is above the seaside and you will find there many local shops with local products (fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, bread….)

Villa Vittoria is ideally located on the North coast of Sicily, very close to Cefalù, 1/2 hour from Palermo, close to the motorway so it will be easy for you to plan your daily excursions around the island. It is also possible to rent the other villa Vittoria if you are more than 6/7 people travelling together.
