3 Bedroom Lake View Villa on Tuscan-Umbrian Border

Bella Sera Sul Lago translates to a beautiful evening on the lake which perfectly describes this property. The property has 2 primary bedrooms, a third bedroom with 2 single beds and 1.5 baths. The property is located in a small hamlet called Porto which sits right on the border of Tuscany and Umbria meaning you are able to explore both regions.

The nearest town is Castiglione del Lago which is a 10 min drive away. It has about 10 restuarants, lakeside bars, shopping, grocery stores (Coop, Lidl), cafes. 5 minutes down the road is a small town called Goiella where there is the local cafe/bar. They do brilliant 6 Euro pizzas and an amazing Spritz!

The Space:
The Villetta is recently rennovated across 2 levels. The ground level includes an outdoor patio and open-plan living room kitchen area, a laundry room (with washer and dryer), powder room (on the mezzanine) a garage and a parking spot.

Upstairs, there are 2 co-primary bedrooms which is quite unique for Italy plus a third bedroom with 2 single beds. One primary overlooks the hamlet of Porto and is located in the front of the house, the other primary overlooks Lake Chiusi and is on the back of the house. There is one bathroom with a shower/tub combo plus a balcony.

The kitchen includes a Nespresso Coffee machine with one sleeve of capsules, an electric kettle, a stovetop (no oven) and a refridgerator/freezer. Crockery, dishes, glassware and (most importantly) a wine opener and decanter are all provided.

For lazy afternoons or cozy evenings in there are sets of Rummikube & Mexican train located in the large cabinet in the living room.

Other things to note:
There is parking for 1 car available, additional cars will have to park on the main road leading into Porto.
70 Euro cleaning fee needs to be paid in cash upon arrival. Nearest ATM machines are in Chiusi or Castiglione del Lago
