Gut: Sauberkeit, Kommunikation und Lage
Rental is really cute, very nicely decorated but a little deceiving. It literally is the basement of a building. You have separate door to enter off street but then go down stairs in actual unit to basement. Not great for elderly nor handicapped people. Place is right across the street from a beer joint so late night noise every night, but especially loud on weekend nights, from front bedroom as well as car noise since window is literally at street level. Back bedroom sounds like you are off a parking garage entrance for the rest of the building tenants so some early noise in the mornings from that room during the week. Patio it talks about is small area off back bedroom in like an inward courtyard where all the upper residents look down on you from their windows. No view except up but ability to go out for fresh air. There were two used syringes on patio when we arrived so we did not use patio at all. Is in a decent location to walk to shops, cafes and plaza mayor. Communication was good with host company but you pay for every added detail such as a mid week cleaning or early check in. Paid for a cleaning mid week to get fresh towels and sheets for our 9 day stay. Had to request extra toilet paper as only had 2 rolls for three people for 9 days. Pictures depict the apartment well except for noting it is in a basement.
