This nature house is located in a wooded area with 1700m2 of land and was completely renovated in 2022. The bungalow with two bedrooms and large living room is connected to nature through large windows and double sliding doors. The garden has several seating areas, a fire pit, covered seating area, swing bench and BBQ. On a colder day you can light the wood-burning stove inside. The living room has a unique shape. On one side there is a cozy seating area with a fireplace, smart TV and smart speaker. On the other side is a large dining table with wide views of the garden. The passage to the kitchen contains a kitchen island with bar. The kitchen itself is extensively equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, blender, grill, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machine and kettle. Boscoso is ideal for working from home and has very good Wi-Fi (fiber optic internet) and a screen for your laptop. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.



Environment/Nature
There is plenty to do in the varied surroundings, including cycling (2 electric bicycles included in the rental) or mountain biking. Canoeing, SUPing or pedal boating on the Berkel. Rent a Solex, chopper or Tuk Tuk. Golf for beginners and advanced players. Or go shopping in the Hanseatic city of Lochem or the Achterhoek villages of Borculo or Ruurlo (all within 6 km). Larger cities such as Zutphen and Doetinchem are more than 20 kilometers away from Boscoso and Deventer is 33 kilometers away. For cultural excursions you can visit the two popular museums MORE, Ampsen Castle or, for example, the Zwiepse mill. For an evening out you can visit the Lochem city theater or the Luxor film theater in Zutphen. You can also enjoy beautiful walks on the Lochemse Berg, Kale Berg and/or Paaschberg. The love path in Ruurlo is recommended for couples. For relaxation there is the Bronsbergen sauna in Zutphen or enjoy local specialty beers at the Brouwersnös brewery
