Aptly named, The Piggery is a stylish barn conversion located at tranquil Vicarage Farm in the heart of the High Peak. The largest of a family of cottages, The Piggery is great for gatherings and catching up with loved ones, with a large social format.
The Piggery is suitable for sleeping up to eight people in three comfortable bedrooms. There is a generous living area with a wood burning stove in the fireplace, providing a cosy gathering point during winter months. The large family kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area suitable for hosting up to 13 for dinner (useful for when booking The Piggery with other cottages on site). There is a downstairs shower room and upstairs is a second family bathroom. The neatly plastered walls are contrasted by the beautiful original wooden beams and doors, a theme featured throughout the rooms.

The large dining area with five dining chairs + L shape benching to seat a further eight (up to 13 can be seated for group bookings).

Children's climbing frame, slide and swings.
Laundry facilities:
In the ground floor entrance to The Hay Loft (middle barn) - there is a charge for using them.
HOUSE RULES:
Smoking is not allowed inside the property or in the communal areas
Sorry, no pets
Not suitable for stag parties or hen parties
A £100 security deposit is required and released within a week should there be no claims against it
Minimum stay 2 nights all year except at Christmas and New Year which is a minimum stay of 3 nights
We do ask that, in consideration of other guests, noise is kept to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am
Check-in at 3pm check-out 10am. There may be occasions where an earlier check-in could be possible, please request in advance to check both availability and any supplement payable.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Welcome pack contains: Milk, butter, bread, teabags, sugar, a few coffee pods, eggs, a box of shortbread biscuits. There’s hand soap, washing up liquid, clothes tea towels, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, cling film and tin foil. Bedding, towels and toilet roll.
