The villa is arranged on three different levels offering a variety of 7 different types of bedrooms. All bedrooms are with En-suite bathrooms, arranged as twin or double, family suite and separate apartment, giving the flexibility to all kind of companies to enjoy their stay!
Families, Friends, and Couples will all feel comfortable in their stay. Any group of up to 14 guests, of any age, can easily enjoy their holidays comfortably.

On the mid level of the villa the open space living room with the two bedrooms will offer guests luxuriant and comfort, with many balconies and wonderful views of the sea and the wild landscape. The large open space living room with the dinner area and the full equipped kitchen, the comfortable sofas, the minimal and luxury decoration, the dinner table the Smart satellite TV, full air-conditioning system to all spaces and many more amenities will give you all the comfort and the relaxation you may need.
The two En-suite bedrooms are similar type, offering super anatomic mattresses, Smart TV, air-conditioning and Shower cabinet with Jet in the bathrooms.
In the balcony of the living room the view enjoying a drink will just impress you!

The upper level of the villa accommodates the master bedroom with the en-suite bathroom and the grand terrace with the 360° view. The En-suite bedroom with the king size bed and the amazing view, offers super anatomic mattresses, Smart TV, air-conditioning and Jacuzzi bathtub for great relaxation after a busy day!

At the Pool level you can find four other bedrooms of the villa arranged with different types of accommodation such as a Family Suite and a Separate apartment, all with easy and direct access to the garden and the pool.
The Family Suite is large, consisting of two bedrooms with small living room, En-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, Smart TV, full air- conditioning and luxury super anatomic mattresses for great relaxation.
The Apartment offers in advance the small kitchen area, a very useful amenity for the BBQ nights as you can have a refrigerator and a kitchen to prepare your meals in short distance from the outdoor dining area. ✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
