Open all year, provides full concierge service. It meets the growing expectations of our distinguished guests and at the same time preserves its authentic classic character and that of Kos Town. The spaces and the carefully selected minimal furniture create a unique atmosphere with an exciting blend of aromas from modern comfort and luxury.
Forget your worries and watch the amazing sunset over the island of Kalymnos, Pserimos and the Turkish coast, in this spacious and peaceful brand new villa, in a 3000mÂČ orchard with walnut, olive, tangerine, orange, lemon, pear, pomegranate trees , fig trees and vines to gather and enjoy whatever pleases you.
The villa (85 square meters) which is airy and sunny has 2 large bedrooms, a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, private fully furnished balconies and a patio overlooking the garden with trees and the Aegean Sea. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for families (we accept children aged 16 and over) and groups without compromising on comfort and convenience.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed (180cmx200cm),
while the second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined into a king-size bed (no gap between them!). In the living room, a large corner sofa.
Each bedroom and living room has a smart TV with Youtube and Netflix (with your codes).
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, cleaned and before each arrival using antibacterial cleaning products.
Free WiFi, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, are some of the amenities we offer to our guests.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, grill/toaster, espresso machine, and electric kettle. There is ample free parking in the building.
