Five Star, Gold Awarded, Barn Conversion In Beautiful Norfolk Hamlet

Awarded Five Stars and a Gold Award every year since 2010, Brazenhall Barn is a luxury barn conversion with great facilities. The Barn sleeps 14 and the Lodge Sleeps 6 with the option of two temporary beds but there is space for dining both inside and out for 22 - The Barn can be hired with the Lodge for larger parties. The Barn has 7 bedrooms and the Lodge 3. In the barn, there is an additional TV/Children's room. The whole property is surrounded by summer meadows which are yours to use during your stay. We offer a catering service for formal dinners or for food on arrival which can be waiting for you in fridge. There is free WiFi throughout, so keeping in touch and finding out what the local area has to offer couldn’t be easier. Indeed you can do some online shopping from the local supermarket (and yes, they deliver!) or book yourselves into one of the many local attractions. There is an option to hire a hot tub for the Barn, just ask for details.

Birthday celebration

We had a fabulous weekend at the barn and lodge which were ideal for the 18 friends celebrating 60th birthdays. The owner was very helpful and gave me the contact number of a lady who catered for us on the Saturday night and she was excellent. I would highly recommend her. Sadly the weather was not too good but the barn was big enough for us to spread out and there was a large table outside for when the weather did clear. I would highly recommend a stay at this fabulous place.

University friends reunion

We enjoyed staying in the two barns. Ideal location with plenty of parking. It was great having the two barns with all bedrooms having en-suite facilities. As we were self catering we found the barns to be well equipped. I would definitely recommend the barns.

Honestly cannot recommend this property enough. Had the most unreal weekend celebrating my girlfriends 30th birthday at Brazenhall, each and every one of the 22 of us had the best time. Weekend away for Mum’s 60th

We absolutely loved our stay at a Brazenhall for my mum’s 60th birthday! Even with 21 of us plus 2 babies and a doggo we had so much room. Brazenhall has everything you could possibly need plus more. The welcome pack was incredible! Peter and Erica were so helpful throughout, both before and after our stay they went above and beyond, and I really can’t thank them enough for accommodating us. Family Weekend Away

We would highly recommend this property. 17 family members between the ages of 6 and 87 took both properties for a family celebration. The houses are extremely well equipped lots of glasses, cutlery and crockery and two dishwashers in the main house !!! We were catering for ourselves and had more than enough kitchen utensils. The main table seated us all comfortably and the only slight problem was the older members of our group would have liked some armchairs as they found the sofas hard to get in and out of especially after a few glasses of wine !!! The houses were warm very comfortable and lots of hot water. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. It is ideally situated for the North Norfolk coast. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect for large gathering

We hired both Barn and Lodge for 10 adults and 10 children. It was perfect and immaculate. We can also highly recommend the caterer who was suggested by the owner - they provided a wonderful birthday meal.

Absolutely perfect venue!

We booked this to celebrate a 30th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect! It was fully catered for loads of people with plenty of glasses, cutlery and other kitchen items. The layout works so well for a large group and the living area was large enough for 16 of us to sit comfortably. We brought 4 dogs with us and they loved running around in the huge garden. Check in was as easy as could be and there was plenty of space for everyone to park. Will definitely be booking again for the summer as we all loved it so much!!!

Amazing place to stay!

We had the BEST time at Brazenhall! The house is great, spacious and flooded with light. Everything is super comfortable and the beds are amazing. The standard of decoration is first class. We were able to eat outside some of the time and the patio, which is enormous, was the perfect place for it. We will definitely be back!

Brazenhall certainly has the WOW Factor!

Stayed at Brazenhall Barn for a long weekend in September 2015. Family reunion with people travelling from Ireland, Dorset, Essex and Surrey. We weren't disappointed!! An immaculate holiday home which is equipped and furnished to the highest standard. Comfortable bedrooms, ultra modern bathrooms, fantastic kitchen/dining/living area. I could go on and on! We treated ourselves to Sally's superb cooking on Saturday night and again we weren't disappointed. Can really recommend. Great location with loads to do. Can be at the seaside within half an hour. One of our favourite outings was to local Langham Glass where we watched a glass making demonstration and even had a go ourselves. Really thrilled that we found Brazenhall and hope that it wont be too long before we return! Very special touches were fresh flowers plus wine/groceries to welcome us. Thank you.
