360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering our guests this amazing opportunity to acquire this beautiful 1 bedroom apartment just off beautiful's Saint Pauls shoreline.
Upon entering the apartment, our guests are treated with a beautiful living area, with an amazing TV and access to an absolutely chic balcony with comfy chairs and a small table for the perfect coffee & views!
We also have put our best, to have a fully equipped kitchen with all requirements for both long and short term.
Did we mention the amazing INTERNET connection?
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever!
Living area| Massive sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Also accessible from the living area is a chic balcony with outdoor furniture and amazing views.
Also included in the living area is a dining table which easily fit our guests in great comfort.
Bedrooms| 1 massive bedroom with a comfortable double bed and amazing linens.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
NOTE: Longer stays (monthly) will require an extra fee of 150 Euro for water and electricity given at the checkin.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.
Property is located in a very quiet area yet close to all amenities. Easy access to the islands of Gozo and Comino. 30 minutes by bus to the nightlife capital St. Julian's, and Sliema for shopping. The Malta national aquarium is 15 minutes away by walk.
Street Parking depends on availability on a first come first served basis. Easy to get around by bus. Bus stops are all over the town and the closest one to your apartment is only 30seconds down the street. Taxi stand is 2min walk near the square while a rental car outlet is just down the road.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
