This property is managed by Larihome in the name and on behalf of the owner, Bellet Loic, by virtue of a mandate with representation.



Casa Sorriso is an elegant newly renovated apartment a few meters from the historic center of Gravedona.



The view from the terrace is breathtaking: you can have breakfast in the morning watching the sun rise or an aperitif watching it set, the house is also so close to the lake that you can even smell it: a unique experience!



Leaving the house you will be directly on the beach crossed by a cycle path, and in less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach the center of Gravedona, where you will find restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors.



You can choose whether to live your holidays always around to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relaxation, enjoying the lake breeze directly from the terrace or the beach at 20 meters from home!



The accommodation has a complete kitchen with cooker, oven, toaster, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker; a living area with a table for 6 people, a very comfortable sofa and TV.

To complete the living area there is a guest bathroom with toilet, sink and shower with shower box.



The master bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed and private bathroom (toilet, bidet, sink and large shower with shower box).



The second bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people and a large wardrobe.



Free Wi-Fi is available.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



Don\'t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!



The property has a private garage where you can leave your car in complete safety (width 240cm, lenght 510cm.
