The kitchen has everything you need including separate fridge and freezer, wine fridge, and dishwasher. The rear door opens out on the the spacious garden with plenty of seating and loungers as well as a top of the line hot tub to soak your day away.

There are 3 bedrooms; 1 Queen and 2 Kings. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 family bathroom and a separate shower room. Two of the bedrooms and the Shower/WC are on the ground floor making easy access for those with mobility challenges.

Camber Sands is perfect for a family holiday or a romantic getaway. Camber Sands is home to a stunning stretch of white sandy beach, complete with undulating dunes and unspoilt views stretching for miles, across Rye Harbour to the east and the cliffs of Hastings Country Park to the west. Look closely and you may even spot a seal in the estuary. A truly relaxing and wonderful holiday destination.

Nearby Rye is a 13th century cinque port, host to the River Rother, Romney Marshes and a history dating back before the Norman Conquest. A cobbled town offering an excellent array of unusual shops, antique emporiums, galleries selling local artist paintings and pottery, Rye also has a delightful range of tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and historic inns. There is also a weekly general market on Thursdays, as well as a farmers’ market every Wednesday morning. Walkers and birdwatchers can enjoy a footpath leading across the marshes to Camber Castle built by Henry VIII. Local attractions include miniature or full-size steam train rides, local vineyards, stately homes, castles and gardens.

Camber Sands is a small beach village boasting 7 miles of sand and sea. Its a perfect UK destination not only for summer, but also a windy winter beach break is just as enjoyable.

Rye is only a short 5 minute drive away and has a wealth of shops, restaurants, tearooms, not forgetting the huge amount of history that is also hidden amongst the town. With cobbled streets and old beamed houses surrounding the church it offers a lovely day out for adventure and good food.

Hastings is only 30 minutes drive and has a very lively fishing part of the town, along with the old town which is like stepping back in time. The seafront offers fun for all ages with crazy golf, arcades and lots of delicious food stops.
