Studio Pimenta - Short walk to the beach

Studio Pimenta is a beautifully decorated studio that comfortably sleeps up to two guests. Studio Pimenta is a beautiful, spacious studio located only a ten-minute walk from Praia dos Pescadores (Fishermen’s Beach). The studio is situated in the condominium, next to the Old Town. Studio Pimenta is ideal for guests who love to spend their time at the beach, as there is no access to the swimming pool.



Inside the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area, a double bed and one bathroom with a shower. The villa also has a beautiful balcony to enjoy the views.



There is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).



The villa sleeps two guests. Should you have an extra guest joining your stay, we can provide a comfortable Z bed at a supplement cost of £150 per week for the third guest, allowing you to accommodate everyone comfortably.



Please note, the villa is pet friendly, however prior notice is required and a deposit of £150 plus an extra cleaning cost.
