The apartment is located in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid, just a step away from cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants and all the tourist attractions of the city.

It is a quiet apartment, practical and functional of 25 m2 for 3 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and does not have a lift.

It is distributed on two levels, on the lower level there is the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room and going up some fun stairs you access the bedroom.

The entire accommodation has air conditioning with cold/heat split.

The bedroom has a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, space to store your belongings and television.

In addition, in the living room you will find a comfortable sofa bed for two people.

You have a modern and spacious bathroom with a shower, bath gel and a hairdryer. We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the bed.

The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 3 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.

You will also find a comfortable dining area with a television.

The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

The accommodation offers a wonderful buffet breakfast in our Day Madrid bar & cafeteria*, open every day from 7:30 am to 12 pm for only €6 per person, an exclusive price for our guests.

Luggage storage service at our office; the cost is 3€ per piece during the journey of the first day; 6€ per additional day. Available during office hours from 8 am to 12 am**.
