Surrounded by cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants, and the city’s main tourist attractions, it is the perfect place to fully enjoy Madrid.

It is a practical and functional 38 m2 street-facing apartment ideal for up to five guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



It is located on the first floor and the building has a lift.



The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed of 1.35 cm each dressed with their bedding, air conditioning with cold/heat split and space to store your belongings.



The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, television, air conditioning and a dining table.



You have a modern bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchenette is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 5 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so that you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

Ask for a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.

Luggage storage service at our office in Pizarro street 2 the cost is 3€ per piece during the journey of the first day 6€ per additional day. Available during office hours from 9 am to 12 midnight**.
