Surrounded by cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants, and the city’s main tourist attractions, it is the perfect place to fully enjoy Madrid.

It is a quiet and cosy apartment, practical and functional of 27 m2 ideal for up to two guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



It is located on the ground floor and the building has a lift.



In the bedroom you will find a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, air conditioning with cold/heat split and space to store your belongings.



The studio has a kitchen equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 2 people and other usual utensils. In addition to a small dining table and a television.

To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



You have a modern bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

Ask for a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.
