We look forward to welcoming you!.It is a practical and functional 20 m² duplex studio apartment for 3 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.It is located on an exterior ground floor.The studio features a 135 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, both with bed linen, an electric radiator, a safe, and a television.The single bed is located on a fun mezzanine level accessible via stairs.You'll find a dining area for 3 people.The accommodation does not currently have installed air conditioning, but we have provided a portable air conditioning unit for the warmer months.There is a modern, spacious bathroom with a shower, shower gel, and a hairdryer. For greater comfort and hygiene, we've installed an electric hand dryer instead of hand towels. We provide one bath towel per guest, which you’ll find on the beds.Hot water is supplied by an electric heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs. Please use it responsibly for proper operation.The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, tableware for 3 people, and other usual utensils.
