The master bedroom has dual-aspect windows creating a wonderfully light space, a king-size bed, and wooden blinds. There is an abundance of hanging and drawer space for guests’ use.

The large bathroom has a semi-circular bathtub, overhead shower, and plenty of storage space.

The communal courtyard garden is accessed via a gate to the side of the main entrance.

This home is located in the Barnsbury area of Islington with superb access to transport at Highbury and Islington station (National Rail, Victoria Line, and London Overground). Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground stations are also nearby, and Kings Cross & St Pancras stations are around 1.2 miles away. There are numerous bus routes into central London.

Islington’s buzzing Upper Street with its café culture, nightlife, and boutique stores is just a short walk away. Local attractions include the Almeida Theatre, The London Canal Museum, and The Charterhouse Heritage Museum, as well as nearby parks and canal trips.

The celebrated gastropubs the Duchess of Kent, the Albion, and the Drapers Arms are found locally within Barnsbury. Supermarkets Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, and Tesco are all close by. The new Kings Cross regeneration scheme — including Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard restaurants and shops — is also worth a visit.
