Two-room apartment with large double bedroom. The apartment is located in Via Zannetti 4, a two-minute walk from all the main monuments and museums of Florence.
It was completely renovated in 2018 with love and great attention to detail to make it as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
It is on the first floor with a lift and is very quiet as it is equipped with double glazing that insulates the entire apartment acoustically.
It consists of a living area with a two-seater sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom (single or double beds) and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and washing machine.
Bed linen and towels are provided.


Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
