An exclusive luxury villa built on the highest point of Protaras, offering total peace, space, and privacy, along with the heavenly sea views of the Eastern coastline of Cyprus and the Mediterranean Ocean. Yet, it is found just a couple of minutes drive from the famous sandy beaches of Protaras and Ayia Napa, restaurants, and major shopping retails.

The Oasis is carefully designed to offer its guests the ultimate experience. The rooms, bathrooms, and common indoor and outdoor areas are very spacious, whilst the tropical garden with the infinity pool and the barbeque can accommodate for your precious events up to 100 guests for seated dining or 120 for cocktails. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests plus 2 infants, in the 5 spacious bedrooms of the first floor, each with an en-suite bathroom, and vast windows that frame panoramic views of the Protaras coastline. A sixth, extra bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, situated in the semi-basement, can also host another two guests, after communication with the owner.

The estate is equipped with smart lighting technology and exterior security cameras, whereas guests can enter only through the main gate with remote control, for maximum safety and privacy. There is an internal fully secured parking space, as well as an uncovered extra parking area.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

● The minimum age requirement for the primary renter is 25 years old. Furthermore, the average age for Groups is restricted to 25 years old. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Identification, including identity card or passport, is mandatory for all renters at the time of booking. 

●For any Event with non-residents at the Oasis, the Owner’s prior consent is mandatory.

● The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. Up to 2 children below 4 years old are allowed above the maximum. Baby cots and high chairs are free and available upon request. The number of Guests residing in the Property should not be more than the persons already agreed with the owners of The Oasis. Only those listed on the booking can occupy the Property. In case of a breach of this condition, the Property reserves the right to terminate the booking and they will be asked to vacate the property with no refund

● The Guests should behave responsibly and avoid any property damage. If it is evidenced that Guests are misusing the Property or they are violating any of the Property’s rules as set out in the Villa's Terms and Conditions Section, they will be asked to vacate the property and they will not be entitled to any refund.

● A security deposit of 20% (min. 1000 | max.2500) is due 7 days before arrival through bank transfer. Based on the occurrences, for events, groups under the age of 25, and single sex groups, the refundable damage deposit is 30% (min.1500).
