The local area has lots to offer with restaurants, bars/cafeteria supermarkets fruit markets, water sports, shops, bank, and much more.

The outdoor space of the villa is cleverly designed to provide an ideal setting for leisure and relaxation with large verandas and a generous size private pool with plenty of sunbathing space and large garden, overlooking the sea. Other facilities include comfortable dining and sitting area, BBQ and a pool shower.

On entering the villa you will find an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area open to a comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoying a movie. The dining area consisting of a dining table seats eight people. The modern fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops with built in oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils.

On the ground floor you will also find a guest bedroom with double bed and a shower room.
