First class - nothing to complain about

We - a family of 3 adaults - have spent 10 days of our summervacation at Villa La Paiola. I short terms : fantastic. On our arrival we were met by the owner Alena - and got a warm welcome followed by an instroduction to the appartment and the surroundings. Her hospitality and helpfullness during the stay was outstanding. The appartment was very clean and everything was in order and well maintained. Cleaning and service during the stay was also very good. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace - both during the day and especially in the evenings with the sunset. Nice to have the jacuzzi and pool nearby. We really appreciated the stay and how we were treated by Alena and the staff - we can definitely recommend Villa La Paiola if you want a quietly and relaxing vacation.

We are happy that in the panoramic House Palma - the lake house with garden, view and own Jacuzzi, you have found the desired relax between trips to Rome or to the picturesque villages of Etruria . Our stay was wonderful.

We – family of 4 – have stayed at LA PAIOLA in august 2015, at the suite PALMA. Our stay was wonderful. The setting of the villa is fantastic and the views from suite Palma is tremendous – nature and lake everywhere. The pool as well has a great view and the area is nicely arranged. The garden, the flowers, the apartments – everything is decorated with great taste and a lot of personal touch. Alena is a wonderful host, most helpful as to touristic and gastronomic information and just lovely with our children. She even was so kind to propose to organize a cake for the birthday of our daughter. We really enjoyed our talks and the fact that she personally makes sure that every guest is happy and the all apartments are neat and clean. Room service is perfect and the suite carries everything you would need for great holidays. The region of Lago di Vico is perfect – remote enough to be far away from turbulent tourism in order to really enjoy a calm and relaxing time. And Rome is only one hour away as well as loads of other touristic attractions which are even nearer. We definitely will return to this beautiful place! Just one tiny point– the fitness part is not really great. Some minor investments might be good – some weights and a treadmill are certainly enough. And the view from there is stunning

Wundeschöne FeWo in einer wunderschönen Umgebung

Wir waren als Familie zu viert in dem Ferienhaus. Die einzelnen Ferienwohnungen sind sehr praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet, bilden jeweils eine eigenständige Einheit, wo man sich ungezwungen aufhalten kann. Der Pool in der FeWo und der Pool in der Außenanlage (mit herrlichem Blick auf den See) ermöglichen, dass man sich in der FeWo super erholen kann. Die Nähe zum See, nach Rom (ca. 2 Std. mit dem Zug) und ans Meer (ca. 1 Std.) ergeben u.a. eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

C’était parfait !

Nous avons très bien été accueillis, on a eu des conseils de visite le lieu est très calme et reposant la vue est magnifique il y a tout le confort pour passer d’excellentes vacances … la piscine est très appréciable il a fait très chaud mais les nuits sont rafraîchissantes…je recommande

Stunning location and wonderful hosts

The area around Lake Vico is stunning and has not been damaged by tourism, and the villa stands maybe 150 metres above the surface of the lake, surrounded by forest and wild life. Rome was a 40 minute car ride and ten minute Metro ride making a day trip to the city easy. From Ciampino the drive took just under one hour through scenic Lazio. Lake Bracciano is also very much worth a visit, and is not far, taking around one hour to drive around. The villa has everything you need for an enjoyable stay and food at the local Discount D supermarket and Coop is cheap, good quality and local. The week we were there the daytime temperature averaged 33 degrees and it did not rain. The region, climate and friendliness of the people of the region were perfect, and as a bonus many of the local people we met spoke some English. From our patio and Jacuzzi it was impossible to see a single individual human and with the swimming pool overlooking the lake you get the best of both worlds, hot sun and cool breeze. Car parking is shaded, and the grounds are beautifully maintained with automated sprinklers running at night to keep everything green. Elena and Paulo are really excellent hosts, helpful and attentive, always available but not intrusive. The villa was cleaned and fresh linen and towels provided every other day. We cannot recommend them enough and look forward to returning some day.

Puro relax

Un fine settimana incantevole, aiutati anche dal sole che ci ha accompagnato in questo finale di estate caldo ed accogliente. La suite Palma, che la gentilissima signora Alena ci ha offerto, è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare per un tranquillo week-end di relax e privacy. La sala relax ad uso esclusivo con vasca idromassaggio è spettacolare con vista sul lago, ed appena fuori la possibilità di prendere il sole sui lettini nel giardino privato. Di assoluto rilievo anche la piscina comune con vista. Ancora un grazie alla signora Alena e speriamo di rivederci presto
