Wild Fig Retreat - 7 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool

Located in Maries, Zakynthos island, a vast villa measuring 650 sqm, accommodating up to 17 persons, with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, offering you unforgettable experiences of reconnecting with nature and yourself!

The villa’s ground floor offers a fully equipped modern kitchen and a comfortable living space with a sofa. Some apartments and the villa suite have private balconies and outdoor seating areas.

Along with the fantastic accommodation, Wild Fig retreat offers you a private pool, a pool house and outdoor showers. We provide linens and towels, soap, shampoo, kitchen supplies, even our own wine and sea salt for your cooking and eating pleasure!

At Wild Fig, we believe in protecting our environment and in the conservation of our precious resources. We also ask guests to be mindful of water usage. We pride ourselves on being eco-friendly.

Bedroom 1 & 2(Studio): Two cozy studios featuring lofts and verandas with a relaxing view of the sea! Each of these two comfortable ground-floor accommodations has an independent entrance, is airconditioned and features a queen-sized bed, a single bed on the loft and a bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3 & 4 (Main Villa): This ground floor accommodation features an independent entrance through the veranda and another from the living room, and features a veranda with a view of the swimming pool and the hill, A/C, two single beds that can be combined to form a king-sized one, as well as an en-suite shower!

Bedroom 5 (Main Villa): Located on the first floor and featuring a spacious veranda with a view of the sea, this accommodation is a Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, A/C, TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a staircase leading to an attic, where 2-3 additional guests can be accommodated on foldable beds (only upon request).

Bedroom 6 (Main Villa – Open plan). Located on the first floor, this bedroom features a kitchenette (shared with Bedroom 7) and a veranda with a view of the swimming pool. There is A/C, a queen-sized bed, as well as an additional single bed outside the room. Please note that there is no door to separate it from the other bedroom. This bedroom shares a bathroom with a shower with Bedroom 7.

Bedroom 7 (Main Villa – Open plan). Located on the first floor, this bedroom features a kitchenette (shared with Bedroom 6) and a veranda with a view of the swimming pool. There is A/C and a queen-sized bed. Please note that there is no door to separate it from the other bedroom. This bedroom shares a bathroom with a shower with Bedroom 6.

*The Wild Fig Retreat owner lives in a space in the basement with a separate entrance, so that the guests’ stay won’t be affected in the least. He lives there so that he may offer any needed service!

*Kindly note that according to the accommodation’s policies there is a fully refundable damage deposit of 300.00 Euros, payable in cash upon arrival, applicable for all guests in case of serious damage to the property and all items therein.The damage deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the relevant inspection of the property.

*Also, note that according to Greek Legislation a Government Tax of 0.5 euros per night is included in the total cost.
