Modern and cozy apartment at Itapoã Beach

Modern and sophisticated apartment, completely renovated and prepared for Airbnb, with 2 bedrooms (1 suite), located two blocks from Itapoã Beach, called Bervely Hills by locals, being the preferred point for families, close to all facilities, bakery, restaurants, gym, bars, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, beauty salons, etc. The accommodation has 1 covered parking space available for guests.

It is necessary to send the data of all guests with full name + document, 24 hours before check-in, so that the stay in the condominium can be registered. Note: we do not allow smoking inside our accommodation.

The apartment went through a recent renovation, where the whole apartment was planned for seasonal rentals, from the beds with pillow top, to the smallest details of the decoration, to offer the hotel experience, without losing the independence of a seasonal rental.

I keep in contact with the guests from the beginning of the reservation until the time of checkout, for assistance with the accommodation and the region. I have a team prepared to meet any demand that may arise during the stay.

Itapoã beach is among the most frequented beaches in Vila Velha, located between Praia da Costa and Praia de Itaparica, with the most traditional restaurants and shops in the region, offering the privilege of one of the most stunning views of the city.

The region has around diverse trade, where guests have the convenience of doing everything on foot. Our accommodation offers a covered parking space, in front of the building has a free parking on the beachfront.
