A three-storey terraced Victorian property that has undergone complete refurbishment with an extended kitchen/diner that now offers modern, spacious accommodation for 9 guests and 2 dogs making it an ideal property for families and friends alike. Within walking distance of the golden sandy beach and Aln Estuary together with all amenities of the village close by, Longshore will be a popular choice.

Bedroom 1 with 4 poster Super King bed, bay window to front of property, chair and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 with zip and link super King size bed or two single beds, window towards the estuary and a wardrobe.

SECOND FLOOR (with height restriction)

Bedroom 4 with zip and link king-size bed (can be twin on request) with hanging space and velux window with estuary view.

Bedroom 5 with zip and link king-size bed (can be twin on request) with hanging space, chest of drawers and windows to the front of the property.

On Street parking with 2 parking permits provided. Private courtyard garden with gate to Riverside Road. Gas central heating. All power, linen and towels included within rent. Two dogs welcome. £150 security deposit required.
