Located on the edge of Embleton is Spuggies Rest, a detached bungalow that has undergone a refurbishment to offer spacious, comfortable family accommodation with a large private enclosed garden. Located within easy walking distance to the village shop and eateries with Embleton beach and Links golf course less than a mile away. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property will be a great base to explore all that Northumberland has to offer.
ACCOMMODATION OVER ONE LEVEL (Ground Floor)
Entrance Hall.
Kitchen/diner with induction hob, double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, dining table and chairs and access to the rear garden.
Lounge with wood burning stove, leather sofas, Smart TV, dresser and large sliding doors to the South facing side patio and garden.
Bedroom 1 with king-size bed, wardrobe and en-suite shower room with walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 with double bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 with two single beds and a chest of drawers.
Family bathroom with bath and electric shower over, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.

Private parking for 2 cars. Wrap around private secure enclosed garden with garden furniture and apple and plum trees. Oil central heating. All power, linen and towels included in rent. Two well behaved dogs welcome.

The gardens at nearby Howick Hall are open during the summer and are noted for their beauty, whilst Alnwick Castle and Garden are a 'must-see' when visiting the area.
