The accommodation is for quiet family enjoyment and no parties allowed due to the residential nature of the location of the home. Spacious double volume open tranquillity with roaming wild game antelope and koi pond in immediate surrounds with beautiful views of the Mountains bordering the most picturesque part of the plush green golf course with an adjacent dam with fish and bird life. Upstairs graces 5 Super Luxury Spacious Bedrooms; all bedrooms opening onto separate veranda . Three bedrooms en-suite & two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Bathrooms are spectacular genuine marble floors and walls with extravagant smooth marble finishes. High speed wifi throughout the large Villa. Downstairs all marble and granite kitchen; scullery; pantry; dining room; viewing deck; lounge; bar; TV room; a guest loo and 3 car garage. Walking - the Seasons Eco Estate is walk friendly with many species of birdlife; approximately 300 antelope (Springbuck; Impala; Blesbuck; Nyala) and a multitude of spring hare; rabbits; squirrels and the like to view and enjoy. Please refrain from walking on the golf course during golfing hours 8am till 4.30pm due to the danger of being struck by golf balls during golf tournament play.
Golf - available to play at very competitive prices. Proceed to the Pro Shop and book a round of golf. Limited Clubs for hire are available. The 18 hole golf course with magnificent views and abundant wildlife is a wonderful experience. We advise the use of a cart on this course.
Restaurant/ Pizza and Deliveries are available at the clubhouse restaurant at the Golf Course adjacent to the second entrance boom. This restaurant enjoys an Italian Menu with inside and outside seating with a bar area outside.
There is a beautiful Skybar available at the Sport and Spa Recreational area with views from above of the waterpark. Below the Skybar is a well equiped; inside and outside seated restaurant serving breakfast; lunch and dinner.
Padel Courts are available in the Recreation area of Sport and Spa and booking is required via Playtomic.
