Villa Valeria with private pool

Villa Valeria (previously known as Villa Yolanda), sweet and cheerful, has been rewarded for many years as one of the most welcoming holiday homes of Cala en Porter. Family run, loved and cared, spotless clean and airy, Villa Valeria enjoys a superb location in the heart of Cala en Porter, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and (most important of all) a perfect sandy beach. The worldwide famous club Cova d'en Xoroi is also close by. With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, fully equipped kitchen, gated pool and sea-views, the villa can easily sleep up to 6 guests. Due to the excellent location, a car is not required.

Inside, Villa Valeria is set over one floor. It has been tastefully renovated with functionality in mind, mixing the traditional Menorcan style with the most modern comforts, to provide a cheerful and cozy feeling. Access is through the large, shaded front terrace. There is an extensive lounge with comfortable sofas, satellite tv and high-speed wi-fi internet. The adjoining kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for a full self-catering holiday. There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with double bed, has its own en-suite shower room while the remaining 2 bedrooms (respectively a double and a twin) share a family bathroom with bathtub + shower over.

Outside, Villa Valeria has been designed to enjoy most of the beautiful Menorcan sun. Offering pleasant views towards the sea, the property is surrounded by extensive paved terraces perfect for sunbathing or relaxing. The large, private pool measures the impressive size of 8m x 5m (depth is between 1m and 2m, access is via Roman Steps). Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for the guests and for the safety of the children the pool area is gated. A built-in barbecue with sea-facing dining area is also available for delicious charcoal grilled meals. Parking (free of charge) within the premises.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleaning service once a week (every 7 days), change of hand/bath towels once a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. Local stay tax (ecotax) is also included.
