Altamira Luxurious and cozy apartment with amazing views

Luxurious and cozy apartment located in one of the most central and accessible areas of the Costa Rican central valley. It is 15 kilometers away from the Juan Santamaría airport and 20 minutes from downtown San José. Easy access to the highways towards the beaches in Puntarenas and Guanacaste. The apartment has wonderful panoramic views of the Central Mountain Range and the city of San José, which you can enjoy from the balcony and the bedrooms. In addition, the apartment is located on the upper floors and offers a lot of tranquility and privacy.

The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and ample living/dining room with access to the balcony through a large sliding glass door. The glass door brings a lot of sunlight into the apartment and allows a perfect weather with a fresh breeze. It also includes private parking for two cars, cable and high-speed internet (100mph), anti-noise walls, fire doors, anti-short circuit connections, a granite kitchen table, smoke detectors and alarm, fire sprinklers, and several LAN network connections.

The price includes access to the following building complex facilities: 24-hour security with private entrance, gym, tennis court, the multipurpose court (i.e., basketball, indoor soccer, and volleyball), squash court, heated Olympic and recreational pools, playground for children, and a coworking center. And for extra pay you can use the VIP Cinema, BBQ place, House club for parties.

We acquired the apartment very recently, so it is newly furnished. It has a sofa for six people (sofa bed), a dining table for six people, a double bed, and a queen bed. It also includes a 50' HD 4K TV, and a 45’ Sony TV, (both with streaming apps like Disney +, Prime Video, HBO Max, and soon Netflix), laundry center (washer and dryer), dishwasher, refrigerator with water dispenser and external temperature regulator, kitchen with glass discs, fat extractor, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven with fryer air, rice cooker, cooking pot, and toaster. There is also a fan.

Because of the location you can visits to the city, the nearby volcanoes, and the other beauties the area offers. We were born and raised in the central valley of Costa Rica and are very proud of the culture and what our region has to offer.
