Seien Sie der Erste, um sich zu entspannen und genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschön eingerichteten, professionell eingerichteten Drei-Schlafzimmer, vier Bad Eigentumswohnung. Kein Aufwand wurde bei der Dekoration dieser Wohnung, mit einem 60 '' HD-TV im Wohnzimmer, ein 55 '' im Master, 44 '' im 2. Schlafzimmer und 44 '' Plat Panel Wand montiert TV im 3. Schlafzimmer.

Beim Betreten können Sie nicht helfen, aber lassen Sie einen Seufzer und lassen Sie Ihre Sorgen gehen, wie Sie in diesem 2000 sq ft Wohnung zu entspannen. Der südliche Golf mit Blick auf das Wohnzimmer hat deckenhohe Fenster und atemberaubende Ausblicke. Ein Nass-Bar und Eismaschine wird jede Party zu verbessern. Der große Balkon hat einen unglaublichen Blick auf die Wellen und den Strand.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer der Wohnung hat ein Kingsize-Bett, das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett, und das 3. Schlafzimmer hat 2 Queen-Size-Betten. Es gibt auch einen Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich mit Schlafgelegenheiten für 10 Personen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat seine eigene angrenzende Vollbad mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und eine extra volle Bad aus dem Flur. Das Master-Bad hat eine Jacuzzi-Wanne und eine alleinstehende Dusche. Die Küche wurde um Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Edelstahl-Geräte und eine Kaffeemaschine erweitert.

Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit haben wir ein schlüsselloses Eingangstür-Schloss installiert, damit Sie und Ihre Familie / Freunde nicht mit irgendwelchen Schlüsseln während Ihres Aufenthalts halten müssen!

Genießen Sie ein schwimmen im großen, faule Fluss, während die Kinder stundenlang die Wasserrutsche genießen. Das beheizte Hallenbad ist perfekt für die kühleren Tage. In der Nähe des Hallenbades finden Sie vier Whirlpools !! Sie haben Parkplätze in der Garage abgedeckt. Es gibt einen state of the art Fitnessraum auf der 15. Etage mit unglaublichen Blick auf den Strand und zwei weitere Whirlpools und Saunen im 14. Stock!

The condo itself was nice and we loved that each room had its own bathroom, allowing people more privacy. Unfortunately mattresses were so broken down no one was able to get any sleep.

lots of room

very pleasant stay in orange beach for the festival. the condo had plenty of room for our group and the balcony overlooking the water was lovely. the condo is a bit dated and was not as clean as i would have expected when we checked in on thursday.

Wonderful View and Spacious Condo

Great Condo

The Condo is amazing and the building is great for a family. The slide and lazy river are awesome the kids loved it. The restaurant and bar was really convenient too, even though it’s a little expensive. The only downside was the mattresses were terrible but nothing and new mattress wouldn’t fix them it would be perfect. The view of the oven was amazing as well.

Nice beach vacation

Property was great size with an amazing view. The Oasis facility is even better. We loved the adult pool, beach access, lazy river, and the snack bar/bar that was located on the ground floor. Secure parking that was easy to get in and out of. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had what we needed. Cons: read the instructions you get after booking. It was disappointing that we needed to take a trip to the store on the second day to get hand soap and trash bags (tiny bar provided. 1 trash bag provided). Not what I expected when paying $500 dollars a night. Beds were in poor shape. They were sagging whenever you’d lay down, and creaked with every move. Not a comfortable sleep. Overall it was a nice stay!

Pictures can be deceiving

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose this place over others because of the reviews. Cleanliness is a very big deal to me. While the place was “tidy” I was very disappointed in the condo as a whole. For starters, a fresh coat of paint goes a long way. Every single wall was covered in dirt and had paint chipped or missing. We found multiple stink bugs throughout the rental and the couches were in pretty rough shape looking dirty and dingy. Actually all the living room furniture could be updated. We also had multiple remotes with no batteries in them, most of the lamps were not plugged in. The AC seemed to be working fine in the master and living area but the back two rooms were uncomfortably warm. The bedding had multiple stains (on the throw pillows esp) toilets could use new seats. Fridge had busted drawers making it difficult to use. Honestly we spent less money a few years back at a property that was insanely nicer than this one. I would not stay here again.

Perfect location

We vacationed with our family friends and really enjoyed our stay. There property was great and provided several options for fun since it was a little too chilly to be at the beach for too long. We went to the indoor pool, played pickleball, and basketball. The trip to Gulf Shores shopping and restaurants was short and one we took daily! We’d definitely stay here again!

Orange Beach

The condo and building were clean and very pretty. However, there are 6 elevators for 32 floors. When we arrived on a Saturday evening, it took 40 minutes to get on an elevator to just get to the condo. TERRIBLE building design. We learned to get on the elevator whether it was going up or down to be able to get on one to get to where we needed to be.

Dirty tub jets

The condo was as described. We drew bath for my grandaughter in jet tub. When we turned on jets a large glob of long hair came out of jets. It continued to spew out hair. I don't think this tubs jets had been cleaned in a long time. That was the end of anyone bathing in bathtub. Also master mattress could use to be replaced. Bed very uncomfortable. I called Julia our contact person and she had housekeeping come up And disinfect tub, Jets in tub were never cleaned out when we stayed there. Even after complaint. Maintenance should have come up to inspect jets

Phoenix West II

We have stayed at Phx West II, five other times so we knew what to expect. The condo was similar to the others we have stayed in before. I’m pretty sure all rentals could stand a paint job and new mattresses but as long as you don’t expect to be sleeping on a sleep number bed everything will be fine!. A couple days into our trip the TV in the living room died. I emailed the property manager and they had it replaced within 24 hours. Overall we were happy with the condo.

It would rock side to side.-Very dated.For the price of this condo I expected a lot more. The elevator situation is absolutely ridiculous. Owner can’t do anything about that. Would not return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. All of the reviews about furniture being stained or used heavily are accurate, however it is a vacation rental with heavy turnover. It is good quality furniture. You can tell the owner didn't buy cheap stuff to furnish this place. The pots and pans could stand to be replaced. The mattresses are on their last days of life (they DID buy cheap ones and they need replacing).But we truly enjoyed our stay! I would go back next week! The property managers were quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. The unit is spacious and the views are beautiful! The complex has everything you would want for a family, and the lazy river is a nice added touch! ...& the elevators .... unless you stay on a lower floor or smaller complex, you will have to deal with them anywhere you stay. They were no worse than anywhere else. We plan to go back and hope to stay in this unit again. We had a great time!

Great condo!

Unit was very clean and well-equipped. A little dated, and could use a fresh coat of paint throughout and new carpet in the bedrooms. Rooms were all large, with plenty of space for six of us (four adults and two teens). Beach is extremely crowded, mainly due to the number and proximity of the rental chairs and umbrella sets. They essentially take up all of the beach space in front of the building. The chair service employees expect a large bribe (not a tip - a bribe) daily or for the week in order to be placed close to the water. Overall, a really nice condo for the price. We would stay again.
