Nightmare on Maddox Street
Although Mayfair is a posh area and the flat itself was nicely appointed, the level of service for this flat was terrible. Upon arrival, AC didn’t work and access to kitchen was locked (as it’s on the upper level), and we were each provided one bath towel (even though we were staying a week)! The management company Eson2 was unresponsive until the next morning (and after business hours throughout the week - despite numerous phone calls, emails and texts). They finally provided fans and extra towels. We had to physically remain in the flat for a total of 2 days throughout the week to allow maintenance personnel to fix the AC as all of our belongings were there. Finally they had to break into the kitchen to open it! Finally got AC near the end of the week. As of today, Management company has failed to offer any compensation or consideration for all the inconveniences. Our flight was cancelled and I reached out to management company to allow us to stay another night or offer another place for a one night credit to compensate us for our troubles, but they refused. Clearly not an impressive hospitality group. Definitely not the high end vacation experience we were looking for. I would never stay at any property managed by Eson2, so beware!
