Great location and space
We vacationed with our adult kids & spouses and the space was perfect. Everyone had their own room but also had a nice place for the group to gather. Location was great for walking to different parts of the city. We happened to be there during a heat wave and had to purchase some fans in order to make it a bit more comfortable since none were available at the property (we left them behind for the next groups!). But overall a great place!

Great location
The location of this property was great! Marylebone Highstreet is only a block away with lots of neat shops and places to eat.
Each of the three bedrooms has an en suite bath, which is very nice.
We blew a fuse/breaker while there and the team was very prompt in getting maintenance out to fix the issue.
The only downside I would mention is it has really steep stairs going to the second and third floors that make taking luggage up a little challenging.
Overall, it is a wonderful flat and I hope to stay here again.

I arrived to building works happening next door, angle grinders and drilling. I wasn't not told about this upfront.
Then, later that day, after checking in and heading out to my meeting, I got a text from JOIVY telling me that I had 20 minutes to pay or they'd evict my possessions.
Unbelievable! I had spoken to them telling them I was in an important meeting but apparently one hour was too long to wait.
Awful treatment.
Also, the apartment was dirty, bathroom dirty, sofas dirty.
