Elegant apartment with an incredible panoramic view of the Arno river and a lovely terrace. All major tourist attractions are within walking distance.
Thanks to the numerous large windows overlooking the river, the apartment is illuminated all day.
The living room is very spacious with a charming living area in front of the fireplace, a large dining table and a splendid view of Florence and the Arno. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of a real home, including dishwasher, oven and a large refrigerator. The kitchen leads to the lovely terrace where you can enjoy an outdoor dinner.
The master bedroom is elegant and spacious. In addition to this we have a smaller double bedroom and a study with a single bed.
The property includes two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Please note that the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms.
The apartment is located at the 4th floor with no elevator.
