Maridenia Villa - 3 bedroom villa with private pool

Maridenia Villa is a superb, newly-built two story accommodation in Lithakia, Zakynthos, which can sleep 6 guests and is located amidst olive groves. The house, which measures 110 square meters, is spacious, stylishly decorated and offers its guests a private swimming pool.

The vacation home features a spacious living room, a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen and dining area, as well as two bathrooms with showers.

In total, there are three bedrooms at Maridenia Villa; two of which are equipped with two single beds that can be joined into a double, and the third is equipped with a queen-sized one.

Additionally, the bedroom that is located on the ground floor has a direct access to the swimming pool, while the other two (which can be found on the first floor) have access to a balcony with a view of the pool.

The outdoor spaces are carefully tended, fenced and private; they feature the swimming pool, sunbeds and parasols, as well as a built BBQ!

Important note: Visitors that are not included in the reservation and remain at the property during the day, use any of the facilities or stay at night, will be charged 20 euros per person per day.

**The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.**
