Das Hotel liegt im St. Vincent historischen Viertel, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Uferpromenade Restaurants, Annehmlichkeiten und Weltklasse-Fähre nach San Francisco. Historische Bungalows wurden von preisgekrönten Architekten renoviert und ist ein privates Haus mit einer Sitzgelegenheit im Freien mit Blick auf den Napa River für Ihren Genuss. Als Gastgeber sind wir weit und breit gereist und wollten eine Unterkunft schaffen, die wie ein Zuhause fern von zu Hause war und dabei ein Boutique-Erlebnis bot. Bitte besuchen Sie uns und genießen Sie!

Das Haus wurde renoviert und bietet ca. 700 Quadratmeter Fläche. Bungalow hat ein Schlafzimmer, begehbarer Schrank, ein Bad mit Klauenfußwanne, große Küche, Waschküche und Hauswirtschaftsraum und ein sehr komfortables Wohnzimmer. Ein privater Außenbereich ist für Ihren Gebrauch bestimmt. Alle neuen Möbel und Küchenzubehör. Die Veranda ist ein großartiger Ort für Sie zu hängen und beobachten Sie den Sonnenuntergang über den Napa River.

Die Gäste haben Zugang zum gesamten Bungalow für Privatsphäre. Die Tür ist mit einem privaten Zugangscode für Ihren Gebrauch nur ausgestattet. Bitte klingeln Sie, wenn Sie Ihren Code vergessen und wir helfen können!

Zentral gelegen in der Bay Area und im historischen St. Vincent Bezirk, können Sie zu Fuß zum Fährhafen mit Service nach San Francisco und dem SF Giants Ballpark oder zum Napa Valley Winetrain, Uferpromenade Restaurants und Bars, Gehwege und Naturlehrpfad. Die Fähre reitet über die Bucht ist ein Vergnügen für sich. Vallejo ist berühmt für ihre Uferpromenade, Sear Point Raceway, Six Flags Amusement Park und als Tor zu dieser wunderschönen Bay Area. The environment was incredibly peaceful and the cottage itself was very comfortable and cozy. I would suggest for future visitors to check the heating vents. Wide open in the bedroom was too warm for me. Once I realized I could close the vent just a little I slept much better. Because it was “winter” due my stay outdoors was not used.

This spot, the house behind the houses part of a trio of small homes on the property with it’s own parking off the alley. Beautiful interior with a great tub and comfy bed. The neighborhood is near the waterfront in Vallejo - many of the places in this area have been renewed. The spot was just right for us!

Overall good experience. Nice property and comfortable stay. One night there was a police helicopter circling overhead for at least an hour and then on trash day there was a house less individual digging through the garbage/recycling and making a mess, but we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Clean, comfortable

The space worked well for our needs and we saw a ton of fireworks over Fourth of July weekend. The bungalow was a little warm and stuffy, but instead of using the nest we just opened up the windows and that fixed the problem.

Very cute bungalow. It was missing a few items or someone may have taken the dishes or maybe we could not locate but one bowl. The bathroom doors were difficult to shut or keep closed. I loved the quaintness of the early period style of the home and it was very quiet and comfortable. If you want someplace close to the ferry an also Kaiser Hospital (which was where my mom was for a bit), I would recommend since it had laundry and a kitchen. I would recommend. Just need to double check the utensils and dishes. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and excellent communication!

Wonderful!

The property was exactly what I hoped for. It was tidy, homey, and private. I especially loved the private parking and that I could walk to the ferry -- so easy to get to San Francisco! Beautiful boutique bungalow!

Sweet little house, perfect for the two of us with engagements in Napa and American Canyon. The house was well appointed, private, charming and comfortable. Parking space, wine and coffee/snacks from our host were a welcome bonus!

Cozy and comfortable cottage

Cute Little Bungalow Close To Mare Island

We had a wonderful time is this little place. Owners were very accessible and responsive. The Saturday Farmers Market was delightful and we highly recommend the distillery on Mare Island. Wine tasting in nearby Suisun Valley reminded me of what Napa was like in the 70's. Quaint, rustic and great wines.

They've thought of everything!

My daughter and I stayed at the Bungalow while we were in Napa for her water polo tournament. The location was easy access, and the place was immaculate. The queen size bed was SO comfy and the Braun coffee maker with pods already there was an added treat! I'd recommend this place to any traveler, single or small family.

Great location

This is our second time staying at the bungalows. We found it to be a great location and super comfortable! The bungalow is very clean and the host has thought of all the little extras. Check in is super easy and communication was easy with fast responses. When in Vallejo we would definitely stay again. Just a wonderful ferry ride to San Francisco or an easy drive to Napa/Sonoma from this centraly located property

Vallejo bungalow worked well for us!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean with nice contemporary decor. We had everything we needed including iron, hair dryer, fan, and washer and dryer. The property owners were friendly and responsive to our communication. The location was very central for our San Francisco and wine country destinations. The size was perfect for us.

Quiet and Quaint

I wanted a quiet and comfortable place. Parking was easy, access was easy and it was quiet. Close enough to downtown Napa to go for a nice dinner. Mare Island was interesting and our visit to St. Peter’s church was enlightening. Not much to the town itself. Overall a pleasant experience.

Cute, clean and with some added touches

This place was great! Originally, I had only planned for two people to be staying here but because we had the space, we were able to have four instead. Two of us shared the one bed and two people slept in the living room on the pullout couch, this property was very clean, it was adorable, and the part we appreciated the most was that there were snacks, water, a bottle of wine and simple things like oil and salt for cooking. We were there for the Maker Faire on Mare Island so it was a perfect location for us to easily walk down to the ferry and the brewery.

Wonderful little bungalow

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect. We walked to the ferry for San Francisco, and it's a short drive to Napa. There is also plenty to do an see nearby. The property itself was clean and well maintained. Our bungalow had private off-street parking, which was really nice. The owner was responsive and helpful with any questions we had or issues. I.e. we had the wrong combo for the lock, but it was resolved in minutes.

Vallejo Bungalow

We stayed at the Waterfront Boutique Bungalow in March 2023. The bungalow we stayed at is at the rear of the property and is as advertised. We had no issues and communication was good. Bed was comfortable and overall a quiet stay though nearby street noise can be quite loud at times. Check in was flawless, furniture was clean and in good working order. The three bungalows could use a bit of maintenance (paint, gate repair, some yardwork) but nothing was broken and all functioned as it should. All in all, a good stay in a decent part of Vallejo, which can be hard to find!

Vallejo

The inside has been decorated and updated nicely. The outside needs painting, screens on the windows and front, replacement windows and some kind of insulation to help with heat retention. Even on a 78 degree day the house was very hot when we returned. We left a hot foothill area for a break. Outside wasn't too bad but inside took hours to cool off.

Hello Robin: I’m sorry that you had issues with the heat. The Bungalows are historic and vintage structure. They and 90% of Victorians in general do not have building insulations. We had insulated the floor when we bought the house. Also there were two AC units in the bungalows. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. I do not understand why you would not use them or turn them ON if you were hot? Looking back at my message thread., You were the guests who try to access my lock box with your code when you needed to use it on the door lock itself. And I needed to turn off the Nest Thermostat remotely. Next time I would suggest staying at a new hotel and get two rooms for a party of three and spend $800+ more per night while visiting the wine country.
