Our newly renovated apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just a 5 min walk from the City centre, allowing you to enjoy everything Cardiff has to offer. Perfect for those that want to explore the Capital City of Wales.
Guests can enjoy a stylish living area which has a TV with Netflix, a double sofa bed and plenty of seating. In the main bedroom you will find one double bed allowing this apartment to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Fresh linen and towels are provided. There is also a modern kitchen and bathroom that provide you with all the essential amenities. Directly behind the apartment there is designated off street parking available for one car - a huge bonus in a City!
Cardiff City centre has a host of fabulous restaurants, shops, bars, museums, theatres plus major sports and music venues, all within walking distance of the apartment making it a great destination all year round. The apartment has heating for those cold evenings as well as complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.
The City centre, Cardiff Central Station and Cardiff International Arena are only a 5 minute walk away with Cardiff Bay and the Principality Stadium only a 12 minute walk. Outdoor green spaces such as Bute Park, Sophia Gardens and Alexandra Gardens are reachable by a 15 min walk.

Hi, Welcome to No31 page, we are the Brain family !
No31 is our first Serviced Apartment in the Welsh Capital. We live just outside of Cardiff and frequently come into the City, spending even more time here when our eldest son went to Cardiff University and stayed in the city for 3 years. During that time we explored all the independent stores in the arcades, finding different places to eat from the huge selection of restaurants and watching some of our favourite bands in the music and entertainment venues. We love Cardiff and want others to be able to experience everything the Capital has to offer from a central hub.
We wanted to create a space that we would want to stay at ourselves. Stylish contemporary space to use as a base for a night out, concert or indeed business. We hope you enjoy your stay.
We use a no contact Smart Lock system to access our apartment but we live only 20 mins away so can easily come and help you if you need us.
