The villa itself reflects a keen understanding of design with a holiday lifestyle in mind. The main living area opens out onto a two-tiered hardwood terrace, an inviting and refreshing pool, sheltered outdoor dining, and chaises for relaxing in the sun. The kitchen is open and convenient, so mealtimes can be social even before you sit at the table, with plentiful counter space integrated with barstool-style seating for guests. A Bosch pro-quality range in the kitchen and a Weber gas grill on the terrace mean that no recipe is out of the question.

The living room offers comfortable seating for six on plush, white sofas, a full HDTV system with U.S. and French satellite, DVD, and Bose sound with an iPod dock.
