The property is located near the famous seaside resorts of Nora, Santa Margherita di Pula, Chia and Tuerredda.
The coast can therefore be reached with a very short drive.
The accommodation is comfortable and bright, ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday under the banner of the sea and the magnificent Sardinian climate.

INTERNAL LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
Large living room with sofa, comfortable single bed for the third guest, and a dining table for 4 people.
The living room has air conditioning.

The kitchen has everything you need for the preparation of excellent dishes to be enjoyed in intimacy.
In addition to basic utensils such as plates and dishes, the kitchen has:
- 4 burner hob
- Refrigerator
- Microwave oven

PATIO - OUTDOOR AREA
It is also possible to have pleasant outdoor meals on the patio, equipped with a comfortable table, chairs, and deck chairs for sunbathing.
There is a communal pool open from June 17th to September 24th. It is always closed on Mondays for cleaning.
