Nur 5 Minuten vom Strand, 7 Minuten von der Innenstadt von St. Augustine und eine kurze Radtour zum Amphitheater entfernt erwartet Sie dieses Strandhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern und einem Pool. Terrakotta-Fliesen im gesamten. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit Kabelanschluss und WiFi. Es gibt viele zusätzliche Parkplätze für Wohnmobile oder Boote.

The house and pool were great. The house was clean, comfortable, and in close proximity to all attractions we wanted to visit. The pool and back area were covered in leaves when we arrived, but David was quick to respond to our text and sent out someone to clean it immediately. He was also quick to respond any time we had questions. Would definitely recommend the property. Just FYI to future visitors with small children, the pool is at least 4 foot deep other than on the steps, which was fine for our 4 year old with a puddle-jumper on. Overall we had a great experience.

It rained the entire time we were there (no lightening). The heated pool was amazing and saves the trip. The kids swam even when it was raining outside.

Property was pet friendly. Some days leaves in the pool were a problem. All in all the property worked out for us. It was centrally, located and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and downtown areas.

We are glad you enjoyed our home! The door does lock from the outside. We don't advertise the house as being childproof, if that was the concern about the lock. Guests are encouraged to bring anything required to childproof the house for their child. We weren't aware of any issues with a window lock, but will check it out.

Very clean throughout. Floor plan is a little convoluted but that's from it being renovated, i think. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, small appliances, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Only caveat, house echoes a bit from lack of absorbing material such as drapes, rugs and cushioned furniture. This is certainly not a problem but just thought I'd mention it. Will certainly stay again should the occasion arise.

We had a wonderful stay. The inside of the home was clean, huge kitchen area for gathering. Perfect location for exploring.We had internet troubles and they were quick to respond with solutions ! Pool was very large and clean. The kids said it one of their favorite stays so far ! My only suggestion would be to give the pool area itself a pressure wash, but we understand how quick stuff grows in Florida :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Ronda’s unit in Spanish Main. The location was amazing with wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and the beach access was incredibly convenient. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we could need. Ronda is very kind and provides a lot of sweet hospitality details in her property. We will definitely be coming back to Cocoa and hope to stay at this place soon! With three small children, it was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Cocoa Beach.
