To the right is a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Continuing on, you enter a bright and spacious living room with three balconies offering privileged views of the historic Royal Tobacco Factory, now home to the University of Seville. The living room is furnished with sofas, armchairs, a side table, and a Smart TV, and includes a dining area for eight people, connected to the kitchen through a large modern door.

The first bedroom, located next to the living room, features a 2 x 2 meter double bed, wardrobe, armchair, and a balcony overlooking Calle San Fernando.

The other three bedrooms are located down a hallway accessed from the living room. Along this corridor, there are two full bathrooms with showers, one on the left and one on the right. On the left is a bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, TV, and a balcony overlooking the Alcázar. The other two bedrooms have single beds and balconies with Alcázar views. Additionally, the apartment includes a study room perfect for working.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from iconic landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, the Giralda, and the Archive of the Indies. The area also offers a wide variety of tapas bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Andalusian and Sevillian cuisine.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
