This fully renovated, fully furnished apartment features three bedrooms with a queen bed and an attached bathroom in each one, a spacious and cozy living room, a modern kitchen to satisfy your appetite, and a comfortable dining area.

Paleo Faliro is a stylish residential neighborhood in the southern suburbs of Athens and a must destination for swimming in Edem.

Alimos marina and Flisvos marina, each a 7’ drive from the apartment, are great for a walk. The modern marinas hosting private yachts include restaurants, cafes, bars and nautical clubs. Flisvos marina also includes a summer cinema, walking paths, a playground and outdoor fitness equipment.

- To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. A passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
- Please confirm the number of guests to make sure bed linens are provided for extra persons.
- Please note that kids (of an age 2+) are counted as guests and should be added in your reservation.
- 24h check-in option is available for free and you will receive the keys from a lockbox near the building's entrance. If you would like to check-in in person with one of the members of our team please note that there is a late check-in fee for arrivals to the apartment after 19:00.
