Tons of rooms for kids and 3 rooms for parents. This is perfect for 2-3 families + kids.

The home was clean, warm and comfortable. We lacked for nothing while there. Our host was approachable and available whenever needed. The area was located easily accessible to all conveniences. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

This house has lots of space for everyone. Loved the large great room/kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. Bonus that there were some bikes and beach equipment. The owners were quick to respond to texts. We very much enjoyed this property.

Perfect beach home for large group

Loved this home. There was tons of room for everyone. The home was equipped with lots of little extras like bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. The bottle of wine, sunscreen and snacks that greeted us was a nice touch too. Katie, the owner, was very communicative and answered all questions in a timely manner.

Fantastic Property!

This property is big, beautiful, clean and in a great location just a few blocks from the beach and an easy walk to the boardwalk or into town. The owners are wonderful and very quick respond to questions and inquiries. Our whole extended family of all ages completely enjoyed every moment of our stay at the property. Furthermore we traveled with a disabled family member confined to a wheelchair who was extremely happy to be able to access every level of the home. Five stars! Thank you for a lovely vacation!

This home delivered in space and convenience. Great open concept kitchen on third floor, lots of nice sized bedrooms on second floor. Ground floor level is garage with bikes, beach accessories, games that we were not expecting, and the outdoor shower was the best! There is a tv room off garage that we actually shut the door to, very musty, dark and cleaners didn’t see the potato chips around coffee table. Whole house needs interior painting and linens replaced. Kitchen was well equipped.

1st Whole Family Vaca

We decided to take our family on it’s very first vacation together. We had 9 adults/teens, an 8 yr old and two infants(10 mo and 4 mo). We had more than enough room and even commented when we arrived that we should’ve brought more people. The location was super convenient to be able to walk/ride bike to the shops in Bethany and to get to the beach. Would recommend that you take a beach friendly wagon or some sort of device to haul beach necessities(if you wish to take more than a chair and towel) since it is about 2 blocks to the beach access. Was not an inconvenience at all though. Owner, Katie, is super responsive, helpful and kind! Rooms are spacious and common areas accommodated us all with plenty of room to spare. We had a wonderful time together and enjoyed our stay at this home!

The house was very comfortable and allowed a lot of space to spread out. We really appreciated that the house was well stocked with many essential items such as soap, dish detergent, washing machine detergent, etc., as well as the picnic table, beach chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen, too, was very well stocked with cooking needs. Liked having the 2 dishwashers! Planned to book again next year!

Beach House Perfect for Large Group!

Our family had a wonderful time! It is hard to find the perfect house to accommodate us, our children and our grandchildren. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! The kids loved the outside shower when returning from the beach! It has a nice large living space for all of us to hang together for games and meals. The host responded quickly and kindly to any question. It was a short walk to the beach! The house exceeded our expectations!

The house was great! Plenty of room for eight adults and four children . The owner Katie Ferrell was great to work with too. We had a problem with the washer not spinning properly and the next thing I know a new washer was delivered! It is a good location too., close to town about 10 minute walk and about a 6 minute walk to beach. I suggest that you bring a beach wagon to haul things to the beach it helps!

The location of this property is ideal. Short walk to the beach is so convenient.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. The house worked well for our group; the elevator was an added bonus! Short walk to the beach. Close (but not too close!)to downtown Bethany for evening walks to get ice cream.

Family Vacation - 3 generations

The home is very spacious and accommodated our large group well. I was surprised to discover that we needed to bring our own bed, bath, and kitchen linens. At this point in the summer, the carpets had weathered a lot of grime and the house felt like it needed a deep clean overall. The house is located next to Coastal Highway and the traffic noise was noticeable. But, even though, the house had a short walk to the beach - which was the prime reason for our stay.

We loved this home in Bethany Beach that sits two blocks from the beach. The size, the number of guest who can sleep comfortably, the amenities (chairs, basketball, grill, outside shower, two dishwashers, gameroom, .......) make this home a real bonanza. Awesome Group Beach House

This house is ideal for a large group with one whole floor of bedrooms and bathrooms and a great room on the top floor with kitchen. Because of the bed configurations it is great for families with kids too. The location is perfect as you can walk everywhere - beach is a few blocks away with a lifeguard and downtown Bethany is about 10 min walk, which is easier than driving and worrying about parking. The house was generously stocked with everything you could need including beach chairs and bikes. The owner was incredible and so easy to work with leading up the rental. We even had an issue with the water during our stay which was resolved within minutes of contacting her. I would definitely recommend this place for a great family or group vacation.

great house for a week with friends!

the spacious home allowed for the 13 of us to be able to all hang out together in the main room upstairs, while also allowing us to have our own space. the short walk to the beach and boardwalk gave us plenty to do!
